Kissimmee mayor arrested on charges of grand theft, organized scheme to defraud, AG says

The Mayor of Kissimmee, Jackie Espinosa, was taken into custody by law enforcement Wednesday morning.Only Channel 9 was there when Espinosa was pulled over as she drove away from her home shortly after 8 a.m.She was asked to step out of the vehicle she was driving and was placed in handcuffs.Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier said Espinosa was arrested and will be charged with grand theft and organized scheme to defraud.This morning, we arrested Kissimmee mayor Jackie Espinosa and are charging her with Grand Theft and Organized Scheme to Defraud.
