No injuries reported after Port Charlotte house fire

PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla. (WWSB) - No injuries were reported after a house fire on Joseph Street on Oct. 18, according to Charlotte County Public Safety.Charlotte County Fire EMS was dispatched at about 12:12 p.m. after a neighbor reported smoke coming from the back porch and flames inside the home.Fire confined to oven at Sarasota restaurantFirefighters arrived to find heavy smoke and fire coming from the side of the house. Crews put out the fire.The State Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating the cause.
