DeSoto County man faces 63 felony charges in child sexual abuse material investigation

DESOTO COUNTY, Fla. (WWSB) - A DeSoto County man faces 63 felony charges after a months-long investigation into alleged child sexual abuse material, according to the DeSoto County Sheriff’s Office.The sheriff’s office identified the man as Eugene Sampson.Detectives began investigating in June after another law enforcement agency contacted the DeSoto County Sheriff’s Office about a child sexual abuse material case, the agency said.
